The TA 2-stage vertical Bosch geothermal heat pump was installed in the house behind the kitchen and common area with ECM variable speed fan motors and ultra tech scroll compressors.

The unit operates in stage one to provide maximum efficiency and comfortable conditions most of the time, however during the few hours when outdoor conditions are extreme, the heat pump operates in the second stage mode to satisfy the requirements necessary to cool or heat the space. Additionally, because of the close proximity to living area and separate needs of family members, the heat pump’s quiet operation and zoning control placed in the house provides the peace and quiet that each family member desires.
